Best replacement deal around. If anything happens to your item they will replace it or give you that amount of money spent for a different model. Well worth the price.

We started buying the warranty on headsets for my son as they kept breaking. We used the warranty 3 or 4 times. I would never buy a headset without the Geek Squad warrenty.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan for the items that I buy at Best Buy. I had to return an item before and I did not have any problem with the replacement.

I haven't had to use the protection but from what I understand they will replace my xbox one controller for free if there is any damage to it or if it stops working as expected during the 2 year period from purchase date.

had a issue with a laptop after subscription expired, not very helpfull, store warranty left me with a bad taste in my mouth, it was like without the geek squad they would not tell if the warranty would or would not cover my issue..almost cornered into keeping the coverage in effect, it yes it was still under the factory warranty,

I decided to purchases the two year warranty after I was told I could return the controller to the store to be replaced within the two year time frame of anything happened to go wrong with the controller down the line
