Protect your stuff.

Then get the insurance. It's been no hassle when I've had to use it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this because the controller i bought was 170 dollars and it had a less than stellar history online regarding the quality/longevity of the thumbstick modules. Well i had literally problems from the first week. During the warranty period i could get modules from Astro to replace the bad one and didn't return the controller i figured i would wait until my warranty is up and then return it for a new one. Well Astro discontinued the controller and when i went to exchange it for another one Best Buy only offered me a store gift card for the amount which I wasn't interested in because i bought a warranty for the reason of if my product was bad i get my money back. Shady business practices

Do not buy Steelseries arctic pro wireless headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Steelseries wireless arctis pro headphones for my son for Christmas, they lasted 4 weeks and one of the speakers is crackling and distorted, sounds blown. They were taken care of appear like brand new, but he said he heard like heartbeat sounds since they were new so must be faulty. I contacted the company and they are not willing to do anything. So needless to say I am warning as many as I can not too buy their products since they have zero customer service, very disappointed, wish I would have read a review like this I would not of made this mistake!

Broke within a few days
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poor quality controller. The left stick stopped working correctly after only 3 days of use. I used it to play Smash and I constantly drift to the left without touching the controller. A 100%waste of $25 I do not recommend. Extremely disappointed but I should have seen this coming after looking at the price tag.

Steelseries lasted 1 month, they do have your back
