I bought this with my son's Xbox Elite controller that was very expensive. Within 8 months he stated the buttons were not working properly. Took the controller back to Best Buy and within minutes had a brand new controller in hand.

I usually try my best to purchase an extended warranty on items . It's the best decision you will ever make. If the item is damaged you can simply return it and it will be replaced with no hassle.

I buy this on all my Xbox controllers, eventually no matter how much you pay for them they develop the controller drift. It makes it easy to get a replacement.

My juicer stopped working properly and started to leak from the sides ): Glad I didn’t have to go through manufacturer... Geek squad was able to replace it on the spot! Thanks Best Buy!

Pay the extra money. Always purchased protection plan with everything I bought and have never had a problem getting a replacement product if needed. Best Buy has an awesome team who knows their stuff and it is worth paying the extra$$$$

it seems like every product i buy you have to make the purchase of the insurance but its well worth it .. i wonder if i can just pay one single fee for all the items i have at home !!!

I purchase my kids gaming consoles and accessories from Best Buy so I can get the Geek Squad insurance. It’s well worth it because when you use these gaming products often they don’t last.

Not use to buying these cause products generally last. This item in particular has had a few issues and this really something I wanted. I really felt comfortable buying this in the event it becomes defective due to the store return policy.

You best buy this for something you think will be under heavy use. Best Buy is great with the exchange/repair process. I always buy for Gaming products like headsets and controllers.

These replacement services are pretty reliable. The only issue I had was with one tv I needed replaced. It took alot of visits to finally get that resolved but they did eventually replace the tv with the latest model. Aside from that I always had quick service and replacements with electronics that have broken over the years.

This is a no brainer. Put this coverage/service on your headset (since they are generally fragile and break easily) and you they will replace your item for free, essentially allowing you to not worry about buying new headsets.

i always say if you dont want to pay full price on an item that was broken due to normal wear and tear or just stopped working then get the geek squad protection because it is worth it in the end and saves a ton of heart break.

Purchased on a vacuum cleaner and other electronics/game console controllers. Things break or stop functioning. The Geek Squad is always there to take care of it.

If you own any electronics you use most days, get this plan. Its resonably priced and gives you the peace of mind you will get to use your product reliably for years to come.

This is the first time i ever get the replacement insurance. I believe it has a great value, not many places offer this type of luxuries. And like always great service by best buy employees.

I was hesitant at first to purchase the protection plan but in the end I opted for it and it ended up to be the wise thing to do. The controller I bought quit charging and they replaced it quickly. Definitely a good decision for anyone!
