I have purchase at least 3 two year warranty replacements for headsets purchased . We kept having issues with the headsets and when I took them back to Best Buy, they did an exchange but I had to purchase a new warranty for the exchanged headset. I don't really recommend their warranties but you have no choice but to purchase one with the quality of workmanship in items anymore.

I always purchase video game protection in case it gets scratched or broken...
