I have rarely used my geek squad service but when I have it has been a great experience. This is just a good idea for high provided items that are expensive to repair.

This replacement plan was worth it I was glad to have it for my controllers every time I get a new controller I get this to save money instead of spending more money

Pretty good I must say. I told them about the joystick drift in my wireless gamecube controller and they gave me a brand-new one no questions asked

My son’s headphone’s wire was going bad where the plug is. Going in and out, couldn’t hear. We took it to Best Buy & they replaced it with a new one. Very pleased.

Wireless scared me, but you can charge while you play. If you have a slim then you have to download an update from Turtle Beach in order for this to work. It uses an optical cable that Sony didn't include on the slim.

I try to purchase the Geek squad service with all my electronics so i can have a piece of mind of knowing that if anything goes wrong I’m cover.

Haven't had to use this service but its nice to have a warranty where you just bring in the product and provide your phone number and boom!!! New product! Worth the price!!

The Geek Squad is always helpful. Sometimes they are busy, but they are always worth the wait. I always purchase protection when I can. Better safe than sorry.

got the warranty and didnt use it, but have used similar before and it works very well. Only wished warranty when used we dont have to pay again to "renew" the warranty

Thankfully I haven’t had to use this but it’s great knowing that if anything happened to my purchase I can have the support and opportunity to have things fixed or replaced.

Love this return part of extended plan I was probably stop or slow down from buying stuff like I do from Best Buy or any other retail store if it wasn’t for this protection plan

For an additional fee you can replace a product that you may have while it's being repaired or if that item is out-of-stock and cannot be repaired, haven't replaced

Purchased this for my sons gaming headphones sure enough he broke them went to my nearest Best Buy and was able to get him a replacement pair I recommend this fo all products.

Many years I have been purchasing protection plans on all items, and the few incidents I had to use the service, best buy swiftly and courteously either repaired or replaced items as per the service plans. THANK YOU!!!!
