Their warranties have always been worth every dime I've spent on them. I buy at least 90% of my electronics through Best Buy and anytime i have to make a claim on the warranty it's hassle free.

Got item replaced, no questions asked! All I had to do was go to my local BestBuy and say that I would like to use my Geek Squad product replacement.

we purchased the 2 year replacement plan and after the xbox 1 gaming headset would not work it was an extremely easy process to exchange for a new one. thank you best buy for thinking of your customers

Every time I sign up for Geek Squad and I have an issue, they quickly resolve it by either replacing or fixing my product. I will continue purchasing for sure.

Agents are always there to help with any issues or replacements. Really an excellent service. I always include this with my purchases at Best Buy.

Never had bad experience using geeksquad. They replace the controllers no-questions-asked never had a problem and as a heavy duty gamer I appreciate that

I don't normally buy geek squad warranties unless it's a computer or something over 100$ but with these head sets I did cause they are expensive enough an of great quality to need a little extra

In the past I would opt to not buy the protection plan but then my son received a gift that included the protection and we had to use it, I will never not buy the protection plan now!!!

Geek squad works very well with whatever your problem is and even that aside I always recommend warranty with anything above 40 anyways lol

Great service during covid 19. Had an issue with a product and exchange process went smoothly. Protect your product as you never know what issue might arise.

Yes....accidents do happen so sometimes it is wise to get a replacement plan! I am just not always in agreement with the cost f them.

Best Buy's no hassle Product Warranty is the best!!! Depending on the cost of the product and corresponding Product Warranty cost and coverage, definitely recommend purchasing the Product Warranty.

I get the protection plan on anything that come with it at best buy & there's never know problems with getting the product fixed or replaced.

I use the insurance all the time. My kids damage their stuff within months. Every time I use the insurance I feel like I’m getting a new one for free.

The agents were quick to help me replace my PS4 controller with a software problem. After that, they let me choose a new replacement. Nice service

I have been purchasing the warranty from Best Buy for as long as I can remember. Every time I have had to return anything, it's done with no problem.

Great to have but often to expensive ! I like having the ability to purchase a warranty but I feel that there prices have gotten to high on to many things. It’s hard to pay a third of the value of something for a warranty. I feel that other companies are offering more reasonably priced warranties.

I have young kids so this is definitely worth it. I have been able to take my broken item back to the store and get almost full price I paid for it in store credit to get a new item.
