Every time I sign up for Geek Squad and I have an issue, they quickly resolve it by either replacing or fixing my product. I will continue purchasing for sure.

Worked like a charm. My controller had stick drift and it was as painless as could be getting a replacement. Worth the price.

I get the protection plan on anything that come with it at best buy & there's never know problems with getting the product fixed or replaced.

I normally don't get service plans. However my child is rough on headphones as he uses them daily. This was a great investment. I've always found best buy to be easy to work with on warranties.

The reason i purchased this plan was for the dualshock 4 controller. This plan allows me to replace the controller whenever i need a new controller due the quality of the terrible battery.

Great to have but often to expensive ! I like having the ability to purchase a warranty but I feel that there prices have gotten to high on to many things. It’s hard to pay a third of the value of something for a warranty. I feel that other companies are offering more reasonably priced warranties.

Their warranties have always been worth every dime I've spent on them. I buy at least 90% of my electronics through Best Buy and anytime i have to make a claim on the warranty it's hassle free.

Get yourself a dose of buyer's pride and buy the geek squad protection. We always buy the protection on anything the children will have their hands on - which tends to break more often than not. It's worth it!

When it comes to Xbox accessories like controllers and head sets this is a must. Those items usually die right after the manufacturers warranty expires.

we purchased the 2 year replacement plan and after the xbox 1 gaming headset would not work it was an extremely easy process to exchange for a new one. thank you best buy for thinking of your customers

In the past I would opt to not buy the protection plan but then my son received a gift that included the protection and we had to use it, I will never not buy the protection plan now!!!

I don't normally buy geek squad warranties unless it's a computer or something over 100$ but with these head sets I did cause they are expensive enough an of great quality to need a little extra
