I haven't needed this yet for my Elite Xbox One remote, but the peace of mind is worth the $20 that this cost---inevitably I'm going to wear out a stick or a bumper and now I can get a new remote!

Most warranties are a waste of time but Best Buy warranty takes the worry away from things. My kids accidentally drop it and buttons quit working bust buy just exchanged it out.

I always get the geek squad product replacement because my son is always having trouble with his headsets and controllers. Its definitely worth the money.

I would say geek squad does by far the best protection plans out there. My headset broke shortly after purchasing and they just sent me a new one

Yeah always get the replacement plan. Never have to worry about it again. Especially on an expensive and heavily used some what fragile item like these. Best buy always got your back bruh!

I’ve used the warranty 4 times for my beats and soon to be twice on my Xbox headsets. Pricey to have to “reap” each time I use but cheaper than repurchasing the product over and over.

We brought my son a nice headset for christmas, so far the headset still works great but its good to know we can replace it if something happens to it

Geek squad protection plan is good for its price..i would recommend having this one because u never know when your item breaksdown..with this you can have them replace or fix by bestbuy geek squad
