I have my xbox one console covered by GSP. Controllers too. As I play fifa football a lot I tend to break controllers. With GSP I can get a new one any time within 2 years and add the GSP again.

These replacement plans have helped us save a lot of money after unexpected accidents. No issues to head to the store and get a replacement.

If you are spending hundreds on products already what another bit of money for piece mind. Ive used this couple times in the past. Worth the money.

As with all insurance, this is great when you need it and the opposite of great when you don't use it. Basically you are paying for peace of mind if you never use it and great if you do need it. Get it if you are accident prone or just tend to be rough on electronic stuff. If you are super careful then it may not be worth it to you

The warranty on the controllers is beyond worth it! They will exchange for you in store no problem and pro-rate the exchange charge for the warranty on the new one too!

This is the best service plan! No waiting for your refund or having to mail back equipment. Just bring it to the store, they take care of everything then send you home with a new item.

With three boys running around its a no brainer why i need this. But it pays for itself with just kne mishap. Everyone should add this to their purchase and save a bundle with little mishaps

It is a must to always add the product replacement to your purchase! The Geek squad is always helpful when we have brought a product back.

Great to have this protection plan cause if anything happens you can have them look at it if it’ll cost more to fix they’ll give you a new one

Always get the insurance. I have used them a few times and they are great. Things get done right and if it can't get fixed I get a brand new one.

Always get your Geek Squad. You never know when your going to need it. Better to have it and not use it, then to want to use it and Not have it.

Buy it. The Xbox 1 controllers are prone to wear & tear just like any other controller. Buying the replacement plan a no-brainer..
