Love love love Best Buy replacement policies! We have never been disappointed. Bought the policy’s for many items.

If you’ve got kids you’ll need this. They don’t intentionally break tons but it happens and geek squad can fix them

I feel like it was a smart move to get the protection plan. Because I have little kids around the house and they don't know how to take care of items yet

I bought the Geek Squad protection plan haven't had to use it yet but I feel is something good to have in case you have any issues with your electronics

Got it for my xbox. However they changed repair policy during my contract period without notice. I should have been able to get a new replacement when it broke immediately but had to wait almost a month for them to ship it out. Get fixed and returned. Wasted time.

This is my third Xbox elite controller, so glad I got the insurance. Best Buy makes it so easy. I was in and out in 10 minutes and back to playing Destiny 2.

Don’t make a mistake. The headset is a great product but you can never know what could happen to a headset. It’s food knowing I have them covered.
