Once again this is a great option if you have children, kids get excited and sometimes they damage things thank to this warranty that best buy offer to the costumers i feel more relax to spend my money in devices because they will be protected if something happen

I get insurance for every single controller I get since I usually end up getting stick drift or encounter other issues. I’d recommend to anyone, especially for Xbox elite controllers

My son is notorious for destroying the headphones he uses for PS4. This is my first time buying the product replacement, but the terms & conditions sound like I won’t just be throwing out another freakin headset 3 months after purchase!

Purchased this for my Bluetooth headset for my PS4. I will never buy another Bluetooth headset for a video game without purchasing the replacement plan. Awesome value easy to use the warranty

I recommend that anyone who has small children or teenagers who use gaming accessories to purchase these replacement plans. They're very inexpensive considering how much you would have to pay for an item it you did not take advantage of the replacement plans.

Bought this for my xbox one elite controller ($150) did some research before I bought, here’s what I learned: product breaks (for any reason) walk into local bestbuy receive new product or gift card of value if product is unavailable. No brainer

With this being yet another gaming headset for my son, it was a no-brainer to purchase a protection plan in case he does anything to it. So far, no need to use it, but it's nice to have the peace of mind knowing it's there if necessary.

I always purchase the 2 year replacement plan as it is very rare that you can guarantee a product for in store replacement. 9 out of 10 times you’ve gotta send it to the manufacturer

I honestly don't buy anything without some kind of protection now. I bought this for the Cozmo Robot we were getting for one of my sons. Anything involving kids, or tech really should have an extended warranty as part of what you're purchasing.

This is a no brainer. i always buy the extra protection plans. Best buy has a wonder customer service and all you do it take your broken item to the customer service desk and give them your phone number. They look up your account and replace the item.

Go through lots of controllers and head sets in my home with 5 gamers and this replacement program has saved me hundreds of dollars. Would highly recommend buying this option especially if you have kids.

they have the best 2 year replacement plan. if anything happens to your product with in that two years you can exchange it for another one no questions asked or they can put the full amount you paid on a gift card to use for something else.

I am so thankful for the Geek Squad. Thayer are hands down the best, highest quality protection you can have. They are there when you need them and fix it right the first time.

I recommend this for any electronics you buy. Even if you dont end up using it you really cant pass it up. Its always better to have it and not need it then to meed it and not have it.
