I do really like the black tie warranties but they also can be pricey but must haves. I wish they would send notification emails if they are renewable and about ready to expire, they said they do but i never get them????

Like that this is offered but the customer service number isn’t very helpful and you wind up back at the store to ask questions or just returning a broken item because they say they can’t help over the phone
