    When you dont need it, great but when you need it, there seems so many hoops to jump to get something replaced. I really dont know if this service is worth it at times when it really counts.

    This is a great idea for certain people, like accident prone people or people that have kids. Otherwise if you're halfway responsible I would forgo it and save the money. However, if you think you need it then it is a great buy and a nice safety net.

    Geek Squad Protection Service is nice to have, but on some of the more expensive items it can be quite costly. The plan is very specific in what it covers. If you normally take care of your items then you may want to avoid this.

    While I have gone to the store expecting for the Geeks to fix my problems, they seem to always need to send my equipment out for repairs. Nice to be able to go somewhere for repairs, just wish they were better at doing things on premises.

    It helped with my controller replacement but it was a one time thing that they didn’t tell me. So I had to pay 60 more bucks to have a warranty on my warranty replaced controller.

    I was returning geek squad protection for my item then i had issues with the GM or store manager after explaining it he gave me a refund

    i purchased this 2 year warranty when I bought a gaming headset. I wasn't aware that when I had to return the headset because it quit working that I would have to re-purchase another warranty when I did my exchange. I thought the warranty was good for 2 years, wrong. However, if you don't purchase the warranty with purchase, then you are stuck with a broken headset.

    great insurance backup to have while you have anything you need to return. I feel good I can return with no questions asked other than its not working

    Disappointed that Sony removed their warranty off their earbuds. One earbud would always stop working on my sons earbuds. Now I guess I gotta buy another brand that warrants their products.

    This used to be a good service and was well worth the money. However the last couple of times I subscribed, I've not been very happy with it, especially with the online "Chat" Geeks.

    The warranty only covers one replacement. Might as well buy a year warranty everytime and get it replaced before time is up. Cheaper that way If the product has durability issues

    This plan is only worth it if you buy something outright. If you use the 3rd party financing they won't honor it. The only thing they'll do is refund it back to the loan account.

    It’s a bit expensive to get the warranty on the items and sometimes only give you 2yr plan, and have to read what covers it, cause sometimes they will exchange it our fix the item ,
