I purchased this in hopes of never having to use it. The Microsoft headsets seem to never last according to all of my son's friends. I rarely buy the replacement, but had a coupon so it covered the cost.

I bought a panasonic plasma which blew up with a thunder/lightning storm. Tv was was replaced with a credit for the price i paid. I was able to upgrade to a 4k.

I PURCHASE GEEK SQUAD PRODUCT REPLACEMENT EACH TIME i PURCHASE ELECTRONICS OR ANY OTHER PURCHASE WHERE IT IS AVAILABLE. THERE IS NOTHING BETTER OUT THERE.

Guys you need to start and saving up, so just put in a 2 year warranty on the controller, it's 10$ and you always return it and replace your old and damaged controller, repeat 10$ and you'll save money

I only shop at Best Buy in large part due to their Geek Squad plans. They always take care of me. No questions. No hassles. Just awesome service or a full refund. Always buy the coverage!!!

The Geek Squad warranty is unbeatable. I get it on a lot of products. If the item breaks, I don't have to mess with shipping it and waiting. I just walk into a Best Buy and walk out with the replacement.

So glad we bought this warranty. We had a couple of instances where the product failed and the warranty allowed us to get a free replacement. Great value.

I put warranty for a Gaming Headset I thought they were going to give my money back but they exchange the headset for another one really great service 0 hassle.

It is well worth purchasing the insurance for each item that you buy. Total comes out higher but in the end well worth it. Process is fast and easy.

OMG. Why wouldn't you get this. I get this on every device, and my only complaint is once in a blue moon, a device actually lasts a really long time...

I love getting the Geek Squad protection because it's really easy to do an exchange or a refund if I don't care for the product or if there's something wrong with my product. Well worth it!

This is such a great bundle that comes with varieties of discounted services. I have used it to professionally mount a couple of my smart TVs at home for just $50.

My dogs tend to knock off my controllers when i step away from the bed. This investment gives me that ease of mind that if it gets damaged best buy will replace it with the same new item or one of similar value.

I like the replacement policy however you shouldn’t have to buy. New one again within the 2 years if you replace it.
