Geek squad is the best unless you don’t get the warranty plans they offer when you purchase certain devices and run into issues. It pays for itself.

I normally don't get service plans. However my child is rough on headphones as he uses them daily. This was a great investment. I've always found best buy to be easy to work with on warranties.

we purchased the 2 year replacement plan and after the xbox 1 gaming headset would not work it was an extremely easy process to exchange for a new one. thank you best buy for thinking of your customers

The reason i purchased this plan was for the dualshock 4 controller. This plan allows me to replace the controller whenever i need a new controller due the quality of the terrible battery.

Their warranties have always been worth every dime I've spent on them. I buy at least 90% of my electronics through Best Buy and anytime i have to make a claim on the warranty it's hassle free.

I don't normally buy geek squad warranties unless it's a computer or something over 100$ but with these head sets I did cause they are expensive enough an of great quality to need a little extra

Best Buy's no hassle Product Warranty is the best!!! Depending on the cost of the product and corresponding Product Warranty cost and coverage, definitely recommend purchasing the Product Warranty.

It’s always to nice to have the protection in case it breaks down, I should have purchased it when I bought my PS4 Pro so I wouldn’t had to buy a new controller.

Used this to replace the defective gaming headset so it really paid off for me. Was not very expensive and BB made it easy to get a replacement.

In the past I would opt to not buy the protection plan but then my son received a gift that included the protection and we had to use it, I will never not buy the protection plan now!!!

It's a little expensive, but most of my electronics eventually stop working. I just don't like that you have to pay for it again when you get a replacement.

Love Geek Squad protection plans. They come in so useful when something breaks all I have to do is bring the item back to my local best buy and exchange for a brand new one and pay for a new protection plan.
