When it comes to Xbox accessories like controllers and head sets this is a must. Those items usually die right after the manufacturers warranty expires.

Great to have but often to expensive ! I like having the ability to purchase a warranty but I feel that there prices have gotten to high on to many things. It’s hard to pay a third of the value of something for a warranty. I feel that other companies are offering more reasonably priced warranties.

Geek squad protection plan is good for its price..i would recommend having this one because u never know when your item breaksdown..with this you can have them replace or fix by bestbuy geek squad

I get the protection plan on anything that come with it at best buy & there's never know problems with getting the product fixed or replaced.

Yes....accidents do happen so sometimes it is wise to get a replacement plan! I am just not always in agreement with the cost f them.

Yeah always get the replacement plan. Never have to worry about it again. Especially on an expensive and heavily used some what fragile item like these. Best buy always got your back bruh!

Most warranties are a waste of time but Best Buy warranty takes the worry away from things. My kids accidentally drop it and buttons quit working bust buy just exchanged it out.

I’ve used the warranty 4 times for my beats and soon to be twice on my Xbox headsets. Pricey to have to “reap” each time I use but cheaper than repurchasing the product over and over.

It’s always worth buying geek squad protection especially when the product is going to be used a lot and might have issues in the near future you never know

Got it for my elite controller..glad I did since my controller was not working properly. Called best buy..they set an appt to go in. After a lil bit I was out the door with a new controller

I would not purchase a expense item and not have the warranty. I have used warranties on other items I have purchased and it has paid for itself.

Replaced our old Astro Headphones with the exact same pair. The wiring came out after one year, but best buy was awesome in replacing with no issue at all! My son loves these headphones!

i bought it for the xbox one rechargeable battery and i think it would be worht it bc they can replace it if the charge isnt holding....which is common for these types of batteries if they are used a lot.

Purchased the 2 year Product replacement for a piece of mind. It has paid for itself time and time again. Power surges or power outages? My equipment is covered. Well worth the money.
