Helped me to replace my device when it stopped working!

The geek squad are very helpful. Even with the little things such as having trouble pairing devices or finding them when trying to pair.

I have my xbox one console covered by GSP. Controllers too. As I play fifa football a lot I tend to break controllers. With GSP I can get a new one any time within 2 years and add the GSP again.

Good plan to have. But I do not think this is something I have on a product purchased If I do I will need to check to see what this is kn

I have had a positive experience the 2 year geek squad Product replacement. Very helpful and if it can't be fix they have always replaced or gave me money back. I recommend it highly!

I bought this plan for a controller and when it broke, I was able to have it replaced within 2 minutes of getting to the store with no problems.

I always say buy the product protection. I have use it and sometimes I have not needed it, but safe then sorry. Always a good investment.

Any product you ever buy at Best should be bought alongside the warranty for it. Simply take it in and if they can't fix it you'll get the same product back at no cost.

You should make sure you always keep your products covered with Geek Squad! If you don't I guarantee when you really need it you will regret it.

With three boys running around its a no brainer why i need this. But it pays for itself with just kne mishap. Everyone should add this to their purchase and save a bundle with little mishaps

This is the best service plan! No waiting for your refund or having to mail back equipment. Just bring it to the store, they take care of everything then send you home with a new item.

As with all insurance, this is great when you need it and the opposite of great when you don't use it. Basically you are paying for peace of mind if you never use it and great if you do need it. Get it if you are accident prone or just tend to be rough on electronic stuff. If you are super careful then it may not be worth it to you

The warranty on the controllers is beyond worth it! They will exchange for you in store no problem and pro-rate the exchange charge for the warranty on the new one too!

Followed their policy to the TEEE, returned Xbox 1 controller due to a malfunction and was able return it for a full refund.. Thanks

Can’t go wrong with geek squad replacement. In the event of any sort of damage they will replace or give you store credit for covered items.

I think the value is worth it. I bought to cover my controller, which I had it for the last controller I bought as it did not last 2 years. At least this one is covered if it goes out.

Only a fool would not get this with any electronic they purchase from Best Buy. And we all know what Mr.T thinks about fools.
