I am very satisfied with my GSP-R plan. It's so convienant for my schedule. If my Turtle Beach headphones stop working I can easily get a new pair within my warranty time frame.

This is great for my sons xbox controller. It breaks quickly and is needs replacing at lest once per year. It easy to use. Just need to take the product back and they replace it.

All my purchases that I purchased from Best Buy I always do the replacement plan for one reason very inexpensive and no hassle if you have to return the product and have it replaced.

I always buy the protection plan at Best Buy...I have never had any issue with them replacing anything.. they're truly the only place that honors protection plans!!! It's sooo worth it.
