This warranty is for the PS4 I bought and is will give a clean replacement for a new controller even if the damage is just wear and tear! well worth the money!

Replacement warrantees are the best. You bring the defective product in and they give you a new one. Totally worth the piece of mind.

So most people know controllers tend to have issues after lots of use. This protection plan is owned by Best Buy so just go in and swap a broken one for a new one!

So far, I have not had to use the geek squad for anything I've ever gotten from Best Buy. That includes the things I bought and didn't add the geek squad protection to them.

I have yet to use the geek squad product replacement, Knowing that I have the assurance if I need to replace my controller. This protection a must for the price.

Always get the Geek Squad! It can come so handy if your purchase tanks. Just bring in your item and they'll exchange it or get you credit towards something new.

My earphones broke from so much use so I took them back and because I had a 2 year product replacement warranty on them I had no problems exchanging them for a new pair.

I bought the 2-year plan I thought it was a pretty good deal for 25 bucks so I still paid less by a few dollars for my purchase anyways so to purchase that was a no-brainer

I haven't had to use the replacement plan yet but haven't it cover accidental damage it a no brainer. I was told I could run my camera over with my car and they would replace it

A great product to have, just in case. For those who questioned why, it’s covers the product replacement, just pay for protection
