I had 2 laptops that went bad and the Geek Squad were able to repair both of them. Great and easy staff to work with as well. Great team.

Already used the replacement plan and it was hassle free. I brought the device into the store, they looked up my account, and they were able to help me out. My remote had developed stick drift and they replaced it without any issues

They are accomodate easily. But sometimes they get too busy and you have to wait for a while. But i guess that’s how life is

Great protection plan. I use it for a xbox controller. When the buttons are going bad or other faulty things happen I can return it for a new controller!

I’ve had geek squad protection going on 5 years. I game a lot. So I have gone through only 5 of these controllers, 1 was a lemon so I had to return it.
