I always buy Geek Squad Protection when I shop at Best Buy. This is the first time I had to use it and had no problems 5 stars.

Was able to replace my broken headphones no questions asked with brand new and different ones for the same price. No questions asked

I only got this incase my device breaks with in the geek squad warranty, which is better than paying full price again.

You can not go wrong with the geek squad plan it is really nice to know that you have protection if something is ever to go wrong they will either fix it or replace it.

$9 for protection plan which is a little more than I expected for an item that was only $25 but I guess it works out cause kids break everything so fast.
