They are excellent. You don't have to deal with the manufacturer. If the product stops working bring it in and replace it or get a full credit to use at your store

Yes. I would recommend this headset to others. It is a great starter headset for beginners. It works really great. It’s very comfortable. I really like it.

I hate having things break then having to fork over a few hundred to replace it. Love the fact that I can go to any best buy and they take care of me without issue.

I bought the Geek Squad protection plan haven't had to use it yet but I feel is something good to have in case you have any issues with your electronics
