After a few weeks the headphones purchased for xbox malfunctioned. Brought to store and replacement was made. Quick and easy.

Have not had to use the warranty agreement yet, but nice to have on more expensive products.

Though I have never had to use Geek Squad, it is nice to know that you have that added protection, should anything happen

Keep buying this but never used any service. Wish I could find something to use this service.

Can never go wrong with buying a protection plan for 12 dollars when kids are involved. Worth the money to buy name brand products.

Excellent Value ! The wire on the head phones came out & it was No Problem @ all to exchange the Head set for a new set ! Well worth it !
