I have used the geek squad protection plan before the transaction is smooth and the item is replaced in store if they have it in stock

This warranty is a must have. And i like that if something happens they either repair or give u a new one without having to ship product out.

Be sure you add the Geek squad product replacement to your purchase! They really stand behind the warranty.

Buaght it to be on the safe aide but better to have it and not need it then need it and be royaly screwed

Usually don't buy this insurance but with a costly headset this is great. Can bring headset in if it stops working for immediate replacement!
