I get the plan on every major purchase and then on things that are not major but constantly get used. Such as Xbox controllers. It's a good idea.

The head phones broke with the first year. They gave me a new set and they gave me a NEW 2yr replacement plan for free since it was still under manufacturer warrenty!!!

Thankfully I bought this with my Xbox one elite controller. The trigger lock keep breaking and I'm on my third one. Replaced at store with no problems.

Always get the insurance plan on gaming equipment. Much cheaper than replacing item if something happens.
