I love the Geek Squad protection plan. I got it for my boyfriend because he plays ps4 religiously and he goes through controllers like water. At least I know I can get his controller replaced after he pulverizes it in less than 2 years lol.

Best warranty for all your needs. No questions asked replacement plan as long as you're still within the time frame of the warranty.

This replacement plan was worth it I was glad to have it for my controllers every time I get a new controller I get this to save money instead of spending more money

Anytime I buy a higher priced Electronic product from Best Buy for my children I buy the replacement package for my piece of mind. I’ve saved quite a bit in the past doing this.

I have rarely used my geek squad service but when I have it has been a great experience. This is just a good idea for high provided items that are expensive to repair.

My son’s headphone’s wire was going bad where the plug is. Going in and out, couldn’t hear. We took it to Best Buy & they replaced it with a new one. Very pleased.

This is the second controller I have had to have replaced. My partner is not that rough on the controllers yet they seem to break often. Using the plan is easy and hassle free and the associates are extremely helpful.

Definitely recommend buying this for all your electronics and peripherals especially If you have kids. This option has saved me hundreds of dollars on replacement game controllers.

Come on man what’s worse your new tech crapping out on you or your brand new tech trouble shooting . Yea exactly both are pretty bad so get the Squaad and stop playing

Geek Squad helped me set up my IPad and when ever I’ve had any issues at all, they are so helpful. I will always use the Geek Squad with my purchases. They are very knowledgeable

The Geek Squad is always helpful. Sometimes they are busy, but they are always worth the wait. I always purchase protection when I can. Better safe than sorry.

got the warranty and didnt use it, but have used similar before and it works very well. Only wished warranty when used we dont have to pay again to "renew" the warranty

Haven't had to use this service but its nice to have a warranty where you just bring in the product and provide your phone number and boom!!! New product! Worth the price!!

Never forget to buy the protection plan some items wear badly before the two years and it’s replaced

For an additional fee you can replace a product that you may have while it's being repaired or if that item is out-of-stock and cannot be repaired, haven't replaced

Thankfully I haven’t had to use this but it’s great knowing that if anything happened to my purchase I can have the support and opportunity to have things fixed or replaced.

I HAD NEVER USED THE GREEK SQUAD WARRANTY. I HAVE PURCHASED IT A FEW TIMES. I JUST HAD TO USE ONE I HAD PURCHASED AND IT WAS SO EASY. NO PROBLEMS JUST EXCHANGED AND GOT A NEW ITEM. I WILL BE PURCHASING THEM AGAIN.
