I am very satisfied with my GSP-R plan. It's so convienant for my schedule. If my Turtle Beach headphones stop working I can easily get a new pair within my warranty time frame.

Can’t go wrong with geek squad replacement. In the event of any sort of damage they will replace or give you store credit for covered items.

i bought it for the xbox one rechargeable battery and i think it would be worht it bc they can replace it if the charge isnt holding....which is common for these types of batteries if they are used a lot.

Ran into problems with my laptop n called geeked squad. The signed on to my laptop and resolved the problems. I didn't not have to sit with laptop while they were repairing it

I bought the replacement warranty because I knew it was going to come in handy. If you use your controllers a lot then grab the warranty. It's worth your money. They took care of me hassle free!

I don’t usually find warranties to be very helpful but the geek squad warranty is well worth it. Any problems or troubles have been exchanges or serviced without trouble.
