Then what do you do if your $100-10000 product just doesn't feel like working one day. Man geek squad looks out for you and I appreciate them. They help when it's time to be helped no excuses.

I have purchased this on a few items and it has been hassle free. All I had to do was bring in the broken item and I was able to get my replacement or pay the difference on an upgraded item.

It is a must to always add the product replacement to your purchase! The Geek squad is always helpful when we have brought a product back.

As with all insurance, this is great when you need it and the opposite of great when you don't use it. Basically you are paying for peace of mind if you never use it and great if you do need it. Get it if you are accident prone or just tend to be rough on electronic stuff. If you are super careful then it may not be worth it to you

I have my xbox one console covered by GSP. Controllers too. As I play fifa football a lot I tend to break controllers. With GSP I can get a new one any time within 2 years and add the GSP again.

Another great reason to buy Best Buy’s warranty’s. Saved me when I had issues with one of my products that I bought.

Great to have this protection plan cause if anything happens you can have them look at it if it’ll cost more to fix they’ll give you a new one

I really enjoyed having this because my youngest daughter could use it while she was at college. Something good to have if you are a serious gamer.

This is the best service plan! No waiting for your refund or having to mail back equipment. Just bring it to the store, they take care of everything then send you home with a new item.

Always get the insurance. I have used them a few times and they are great. Things get done right and if it can't get fixed I get a brand new one.

Always get your Geek Squad. You never know when your going to need it. Better to have it and not use it, then to want to use it and Not have it.

Had to replace my mini hp printer because it was damaged & the customer service employee was very helpful with helping me replace it .
