Thankfully I bought this with my Xbox one elite controller. The trigger lock keep breaking and I'm on my third one. Replaced at store with no problems.

The head phones broke with the first year. They gave me a new set and they gave me a NEW 2yr replacement plan for free since it was still under manufacturer warrenty!!!

I think Always is better to have a backup with an extra warranty plan, Geek squad always works very well.

I play video games everyday so it made since to purchase Geek Squad protection for my Pro Controller in case of any premature wear and tear.

My son headphones stops working every few months and Best Buy always replace the headphones with no hassles . The employees are amazing and understanding
