wouldnt buy anything from bestbuy without getting the protection plan, its soooo worth the money if something should happen to your purchase.

Once again a good purchase as item failed and had to be replaced. Brought back to the store, not a problem.

I have never had any issue with returning a product. I wouldn’t purchase anything with out a protection plan.

If your going to buy a gaming controller . Then this is a must ,gaming controllers suffer from drifting .

I really don't think this should be purchased separately to actually cover your butt in case the products you purchased fail, which most likely will.

This protection plan is a must and is very easy to use. just walk in to customer service and they will either replace or give a store credit for the item.

We do not buy a product without extra warranty for the geek squad. They are excellent and so easy to speak with.
