This is our first time having getting geek squad. It’s the first time using the insurance and it was very easy and helpful.

It's always a good idea to buy warranty something stops working and you go in to best you get a new replacement within minuetes

2 year product replacement is perfect especially since factory warranty inevitably is never long enough before something breaks

Pay the $60 for the control it breaks bring it in they'll replace it on the spot, and you just pay the $11.99 to insure the new one.

Only bad thing my local store did not have a replacement so had to drive a little bit. Simple process other wise.
