    The agent installed the face shield on my iPhone. This is great because with the service you also get free replacements if the shield cracks or air bubbles occur.

    The warranty replacement is misleading . When you purchase a 2 year warranty and have to use it within the 2 years, it ends . It does not carry over. I was not aware of this until I had to use it. Buyer Beware. However, with this being said, you don't have a choice but to purchase one because of the quality of products today.
