I almost always get this for just about anything other than media i cant tell you how much this has saved me in the long run.

I replace a headset for my grandson without any problem. I had almost forgot I had purchased this but it came in very handy.

Got it for an xbox elite controller. Best Buy will replace the controller with a new one in case something happens to it. Totally recommended for that controller.

The Geek Squad replacement plan is great I've been able to take back numerous chat headsets that have just stopped working and they happily return it and replace it.

This is perfect!! Our family has 4 people who use the PS remotes! They burn out fast but with this I won't be shelling out $50 every few months for a new controller!! LOVE IT

It's great to have ease of mine that you get two year protection from a device that will probably break easily. I will only but my ds4 from Best buy now!

You can not go wrong with the geek squad plan it is really nice to know that you have protection if something is ever to go wrong they will either fix it or replace it.

$9 for protection plan which is a little more than I expected for an item that was only $25 but I guess it works out cause kids break everything so fast.

If you’ve got kids you’ll need this. They don’t intentionally break tons but it happens and geek squad can fix them

good sense of security knowing that if your product breaks you can come turn it in for a replacement. just make sure you have some sort of receipt!
