I’m a firm believer in warranties and this is worth it. We already had to use it and I’m so glad we purchased the coverage.

I dislike having to return things to any store but this trip was different. The gentleman at the desk was knowledgeable, patience and kind. Excellent customer service.

Best protection plan. I always get the protection plan for peace of mind. And they are there if you need them.

Insurance that pays for itself if there is ever an issue. I wouldn’t buy anything over 200 with out insurance

Florida Geek squad has saved me so many times wether it was my headset, TV or phone it has saved me tons of money from having to rebuy a product!

Great policy as they replace the controllers without question which inevitable break eventually and likely in the 2 year window. Contract cost us high in my opinion given the price of the controller - about 1/3 of the controller cost but it is recommended.

I bought the Geek Squad protection plan haven't had to use it yet but I feel is something good to have in case you have any issues with your electronics

I feel like it was a smart move to get the protection plan. Because I have little kids around the house and they don't know how to take care of items yet
