    Luckily I have not had to use it yet but it gives me peace of mind knowing if something happens to my portable hard drive I have the protection.

    This protection plan is a must have!.....you just go in and swap them out and you don't have to worry about them having to be shipped off

    I've used 2 other protection plans from Best Buy and they've been great. Assuming this one will be too - re the others: This is my third camera that I've replaced using the protection plan. Other two toasted while surfing with them and they failed - even though they were waterproof.
