great to half incase you need it better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it.

I take good care of all of my belongings, but it's definitely worth the extra money and not having to worry about if something happens to my headphones.

All ways had geek squad on all my products and recommend getting it for all your inspected accidents...

I work away from home so when I drop it off on Friday and pick it up on Sunday it has been ready so far

If you buy a product and it offers this plan, take it. Worth it. Used it for a broken headphone a year later and got a replacement.

They are fantastic at replacement options. Never had a problem if my products broke. If they don't carry it anymore they refund your money on a card

The product support is best handled by the Cell phone center personnel at the store. The Geek Squad is better used for computers.
