When my headphones decided to quit working, Geek Squad replaced them immediately.

The noise cancellation seemed better in the store. When I got them home it wasn't as not bile. Also felt they were a bit fragile. Nice a light but very much of a plastic feel....returned. Good to a frequent traveler who is very fastidious.
