    This is definitely a steel and very useful in case of mishaps or malfunctions. I appreciate the ease of mind it gave me when my jbl flip 5 gave out and I was given a new replacement. Thank you

    Always worth getting the replacement service—especially with electronics. You never know when you will need it. Very easy to make a switch in the store if something breaks.

    Mp3 player headphones don't have much of a life expectancy. When the headphones short circuit on either side, you can go and exchange it, free. It's a lot cheaper to renew the plan each time, than keep replacing headphones at full price.

    I only buy my protection plans at Best Buy because they actually benefit the customer. Products are not made how they used to be and the warranties are rarely any good, however, spending a little extra to ensure your product is definitely a good way to keep your mind at ease.

    This is a great service to have. No matter what questions or problems you have with the items bought from Best Buy, you will always get an answer from them. Always good to have.

    Purchased for the JLabs but the JLabs $50 lasted me for a month. Later exchanged from JLabs to Galaxy Buds and got the protect the some experience items you will save money compare to warranty from the manufacturer.

    Accidental Geek Squad protection is an absolute necessary. I washed my headphones, and I was able to return them and get a new pair with just paying the difference.

    I try to buy all my stuff at best buy because while other companies offer protection best buy is the first to actually replace something of mine thats been damaged. Every other companily i have used screws me over

    We always try to purchase the Geek Squad protection for all our purchases. We feel better that our products are covered against more incidents other than factory limited warranties. You to buy this.

    Best Buy is always so congenial if I ever need to make a return. I had two little MP3 players once that, for some reason, one specific color was buggy - they replaced it multiple times without question, and ever since I have purchased their Product Replacement plans.

    I bought this warranty to cover a speaker I purchased to use in my preschool classroom. I used it about a year later when said speaker began having issues. I was upgraded to the new model with no problems. The only issue I have is I purchased a 2 year warranty and when I use it, it goes away and I have to purchase a completely new warranty. I should be given the option of keeping the remainder of the warranty or purchasing a new two year plan.

    So far I've had to bring back 3 sets of headsets, no problems with returns, but you have to watch counter person so they don't try and Stick you with making you buy another Insurance from Geek Squad after each return, I feel for that once, not again.....

    It's great to have the 2 year insurance because anytime the product gets destroyed you can go in Best Buy and replace it without having to purchase it all over again so your saving money. Just don't lose the product because the insurance doesn't cover that.

    It is well worth it to buy protection plan on wireless ear buds or on any item you buy from Best buy because if item break and it can't be fixed you get full refund on item you bought. Even if it several months later or two year later.

    Best Buy has the "BEST" warranty process

    No matter how well you take care of a product the manufacturing of it may have defects until out in the marketplace. The Best Buy warranty is great when you run into the above situation, and they stand by the guarantee if they can't fix it you get a new one.

    Whenever I make a larger purchase I always recommend taking the replacement service. My son’s headphones broke and we we able to receive new ones quickly and easily in the store. The protection is a must
