    It is well worth it to buy protection plan on wireless ear buds or on any item you buy from Best buy because if item break and it can't be fixed you get full refund on item you bought. Even if it several months later or two year later.

    This is the warranty to get. It’s a two year no hassle replacement warranty. By far the best warranty they offer. Easy to get the speaker replaced when it went bad.

    Best Buy is always so congenial if I ever need to make a return. I had two little MP3 players once that, for some reason, one specific color was buggy - they replaced it multiple times without question, and ever since I have purchased their Product Replacement plans.

    Please recommend the to your replacement plan. You never know when something is going to break and the price for these replacement glands are well worth the money in my opinion.

    Geek squad awesome agents actually fixes the problem and dont have you on-call wasting your time call set an appointment and good to go....other competitors bransmart, Walmart etc warranty really not worth it

    It's great to have the 2 year insurance because anytime the product gets destroyed you can go in Best Buy and replace it without having to purchase it all over again so your saving money. Just don't lose the product because the insurance doesn't cover that.

    Always and I mean ALWAYS buy the protection plan! It is worth the price if something goes wrong! I have been able to exchange/return things for no extra cost and no hassle at all. 100% recommend

    Best Buy has the "BEST" warranty process

    No matter how well you take care of a product the manufacturing of it may have defects until out in the marketplace. The Best Buy warranty is great when you run into the above situation, and they stand by the guarantee if they can't fix it you get a new one.

    I had an issue with one ear not working in a newly purchased bluetooth headset. I returned them to the store and the rep from geeksquad got a replacement off the shelf and made sure they were working properly before we left the store. In & out in under 15 min.

    Headphones are not built to last. With the protection I’m able to walk in store tell the geek squad it doesn’t work and I pick out a new pair. Very useful definitely need protection on an item used daily.

    Best Buy offers the best protection plan! They are nice and fast during your claim just make sure to keep your sales receipt. If possible bring the original box and make sure you bring everything included when your purchase the item.

    The warranty does what it says if you break your item your can replace it with anything in the same category. So if you bought some headphones for $120 then you can replace them with any headphones in the store and essentially have a $120 credit towards them

    A low cost guarantee that ear buds will be kept save and not be damaged or get lost. I would never purchase ear buds without a protective case with a guaranteed replacement.

    Geek Squad Warranty

    I bought a 2 year Geek Squad warranty when I purchased some Bose earphones. I have not used it yet, although they told me that if anything happens to the earphones I can just bring it back in and get it replaced. This is what really led me to buying the warranty.

    Only other service besides Apple Care that has good accident damage but not sure they allow you to refund the difference if you sell or get rid of it? Only if you transfer it
