    I always make sure to purchase the warranty when avaialbe when i purchase electronics. it comes in hand especially for the larger products like the televisions. I was glad to have it when my tv breakdown.

    Got this replacement warranty for headphones dog chewed up the cable they replaced them for a new pair no problem just had to buy a new replacement plan for the new set so this warranty is one time use and then you have to buy another one

    Hi I always buy a warranty if it's not my television it's my laptop or if it's not that it's my computers or never with CDs or DVDs but with everything else with my washer and dryer or my freezer

    This is one of the BEST protection plans I have ever purchased!!! So far I've had two problems with my Fitbit HR but since I had this protection package I got a brand new one each time!! It is well worth the money spent !! Buy this coverage you can't go wrong !!

    This plan is awesome because if you are tough on stuff like me you can replace free even if you just dont like them you can exchange. I was on vacation and broke. I was able to exchange without the box and was saved from dealing with weirdos at train station!!

    Used on my Bose Soundsport, twice in a row

    When my Bose Soundsport earphones gave up, they exchanged them, not once but TWICE in a row. No questions, no conditions, just get a new pair. Oh, and the exchange resets the clock on the 2year warranty. Would not buy major electronics without it

    It is such a great deal to get the protection plan! I would recommend it to anyone. If anything happens to your product, you just bring it in and they give you a brand new one. This is especially helpful with headphones! Always recommend to get this!

    I purchased the extended warranty for peace of mind for my LG Tone Pro in the event I need it. It's nice to know the device will be taken care of if there's an issue beyond the scope of the manufacture's warranty.

    I didn't have to use the geek squad stuff on this purchase but definitely bought it because used it like two or three times in the past for another laptops excellent Excellent.

    This came in handy. Everything was wiped off my computer and they were able to retrieve it. I also had an old computer that I didn't remember the password and they were able to retrieve my pictures.

    I like having a plan for items like headphones/earplugs, because they often break, so it is nice to have some protection so that you can get another pair.

    Geek squad is a MUST for every product that you buy. Your spending so much on your appliances then why not get them protected? It's a must have and I have been using geek squad bfor years and great service.

    When have this on an item it’s a worry free feeling and I’m glad to have it but it sucks if you have to use it and then you have to pay for it again but still worth it

    Geek squad is awesome, they take care of the customers hassle free, I like that they don't treat you like you're at fault for the damage or trade, they are very helpful and understanding

    Honestly when it comes to geek squad, its one of the best protection plan you could add to your item, everything is directly thru best buy don't have to call customer nor go thru the hassle

    Very happy with the replacement program. I have had to use it before and there are no questions asked. They have me a new item. The also keep yrack of what I have purchased so i don't have to provide the receipt every time! Great program for very little cost!

    I really love the Geek Squad Protection Plan! I use it for mp3 player ear phones. When one ear shorts out, I get another one, free of charge. After one exchange, it only costs $6.00 to renew the plan. The $6.00 is cheaper than buying new ear phones.

    My kids go through their headphones and stuff like it is going out of style so the fact that I only have to pay a few dollars and I can replace their item when it breaks within 2yrs is perfect for me. Because I know my kids will go through it in that time. Ha ha
