I don't usually buy the protection plans, but with electronics I usually do. You never know what's going to happen, you may drop it or it gets wet. Having full protection is like having a safety net for anything that can happen.

I always buy the Geek Squad coverage with most items I buy from Best Buy. I know they always save my information in their computer without my receipt. They are very pleasant and always try their best to fix or replace the product.

I think it is good insurance to buy a warranty from Best Buy because they replace your broken equipment with a new unit. You never know what could happen to your equipment.

Geek squad protection is highly recommended and beneficial. Only giving 4 stars because of one unfortunate incident where I bought a product and went to exchange it when it no longer worked. They didn’t have the product anymore only a newer version which I had to pay for. The only thing I’d recommend is to verify if the product will no longer be available in the near future.

These headphones are amazing. The bass is ridiculous. Far better than any other over ear headphones, including beats and bose in my opinion. Battery life lasts for weeks sometimes. Have owned for a year with no issues.

You need to protect your purchases no matter what they are. The wait time on hold is REDONKULOUS but the quality of their service is worth the money spent on the protection plan.

I’ve had to use this protection program at least twice on two separate products that I purchased from Best Buy. Saved a ton of money by spending the little bit extra at checkout to purchase this. This is a no-brainer.

I love my geek squad protection plan if anything goes wrong with my headphones they replace them then and there no shipping to the company and waiting and waiting it's reliable cheap and so convenient get it it's worth the money

It’s always nice to have warranty on appliances you never used before. Apparently I have used very little because I don’t remember which appliance i got the warranty on

You never know when you will need a replacement but when you do it is such a relief to use the repacement plan. I've had to use them once or twice and they work great. No hassle highly recommend on anything you buy.

Helpful with product questions. Haven’t used the equipment replacement, but was able to go in store with questions on product usage and also received help ordering an item that was no longer available in the store.

I HIGHLY SUGGEST for everyone to purchase the two year protection plan. Ive replaced 3 of my ear phones and only had to pay 20 dollars for 100 dollar plus ear phones.

I get the protection plan on all of my electronic devices I would recommend expecially for the mobile devices because you have so much going on with your Mobility that anything can happen I dropped a spill it's covered

I am disable and have to drive with hand gears this bluetooth made it so easy for me. i hate that one of the ear pieces stop working and now Best Buy do not cover them with warranty so I had to get a different pair

Greek Squad replacement program is the best way to go with your purchase, their program is committed to you with NO static returns...

This is usually looked at as an additional expense, but trust me it's called Peace of Mind. We purchased a product that was returned twice and the Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan covered it without any issues.

I always buy electronics at best buy their geek squad is the best I haven't seen any other electronic store with the warranty they offer plus they don't hassle you....WORTH IT!!!!
