I bought the 2 yr warranty on my jabras I bought last year and seemed like their was a issue with volume going down I returned them to best buy and got a new pair.

Always worth the money. Best Buy Geek Squad Product Replacement is an outstanding value, and my experience engaging with Best Buy while having to use it was simple and convenient. Too bad I can't purchase this on Apple products.

Bought these for my 15 year old. She loves to listen to music and cheap headphones weren't cutting it. She absolutely loves these and they work and sound great. The clarity is awesome and the sound is phenomenal.

While I have not had to make use of the product warranty/guarantee, I have no doubts that should such a situation occur I would have no problems since Best Buy has stood by its product guarantees in the past.

I bought this speaker back in December of 2016 and was pleasantly surprised at the sound and size of this model. However I had to take it back to Best Buy because it wouldn't stay charged for more than an hour. They gave me a new one a couple of weeks ago and my new model has played for over 8 hours and still going strong two weekends in a row. I finally charged it again and it's been great.

I like buying the product replacement plan with just about any product. The little bit of extra money to help insure the product is worth it to me, I've already had to use it on my car stereo and it saved me over $100!

This service is worth if if you get a small appliance. Its relatively cheap. If its broken just bring it back and best buy will issue you a gift card with amount you paid for.

Highly recommend people buying Geek Squad Replacement plan. Best buy will replace your product or give you a gift card.

I unfortunately had to return my new headphones because of sound disturbing noise, but thanks to my choice to get a 2year geek squad product replacement it all went smooth and i got myself a new pair of headphones right away ...

I purchased this replacement plan because the reviews suggested so. So far, I haven't had to use it, but better safe than sorry. I would recommend paying an extra $40 or so, rather than paying $250 for another set of earphones.

It is always a good idea to buy the warranty coverage that is available. When we have to return something it is so easy to get a replacement. The customer service is always very helpful and have a good attitude.

The geek squad 2yr extended warranty kicks in after 1 yr manufacturer warranty is over. There are many items bought that should have extended warranty just in case.

This is by far the most reliable sound dock I have ever had. It producers great quality sound. I got this many years ago with my iPhone 4, I got the 30Pin to Ligthning connecter so I can still enjoy this great sound dock on my iPhone 6.

I buy one of these with every pair of headphones I buy and its the best investment you can make. Their Replacement plans are the main reason why I keep coming back to Best Buy to get the vast majority of my electronics.

I know some places have product replacements that aren’t worth getting but Best But is awesome! If anything went wrong I bring in store and let me trade for same item or something more and I pay difference.
