My son has been able to benefit from the geek squad 2 year replacement for at least two separate occasions, I love that I did not loose money, but actually gain money!

geek squad is a hassle free insurance policy. They offer great coverage for any electronics burchased at bestbuy. Their repair or replace policy is great. Store credit is offered if the item can't be fixed.

I love the warranty on my Samsung headphones. I bought Beats and they can't offer a replacement warranty which I didn't agree with so I went with Samsung and received 2 year warranty which is great since I have kids.

I always pick up the protection plan for my electronic gadgets, I used it couple times to replace a defected Firbit Surge, bestbuy never give me any issue or refuse to replace them for me. Kudo for their customer service too.

The GSP product replacement plans are WAY too easy. Product breaks, you take it in, they give you a new one or equivalent. I get it on everything I purchase at Best Buy, and haven't once regretted it.

My boyfriend is always breaking his headphones so I always get protection plans for his. I buy from best buy all the time and I love their protection plan and it's always a reasonable price so it's definitely worth getting

Best thing! They are the best and easy to work with. I have taken my UE Megaboom speaker back multiple times due to not charging or no sound, and the geek squad helped me find the item and replace it within minutes.

My desk top computer needed attention. It was trouble shooter to fix it. A new computer was needed and was replaced by an. IPAD could be taken while traveling.

This protection has saved me from spending another $130 on headphones. My other pair broke, I stood in line for 5 minutes to tell them that, and all I had to do was go and pick out another pair! Easy and worth it!
