I bought the 2 year warranty on earbuds as often the wire breaks when using any headphones or earbuds over time. I was told if the product breaks they will hand me a new one off of the shelf, so totally worth it

Geek squad is the best. I used this for my Bluetooth that seemed to break every 6-8 months and each time I was able to get a new pair and just pay fo9 a new warranty ($9-$14).

I'm happy with the coverage provided, but the price seemed a bit high - $10 for a $39 speaker, or 25% of the purchase price. It provides peace of mind, which is important in this "Made In China" world we live in.

Haven't needed to use my warranty yet and I hope I never will but I have used a best buy/geek squad warranty in the past and they always hold up their end of the deal.

I always get the warranty it has helped me when my daughter has dropped or broken or earphones I was able to get a replacement a lot of times at no cost and if I did have to pay the warranty only was 2 to 5

I have teenagers boys , who are constantly on headphones, this plan worked great, because I was constantly having to replace these headphones, but with the warranty coverage , they just replaced the item.

I bought this with some wireless head phones. I had a failure with them and they were quickly and easily exchanged for me. I'll see how good this is soon as I need to use it again. We'll test it soon.

If you are buying anything expensive, I would definitely recommend purchasing the product replacement package. All you need to do is bring it right into the store and the geek squad will take care of you. This is a must!!

I have always purchased the Geek Squad Protection on my devices and several times I've had to use it. When you do have an issue Geek Squad is very professional and reliable.

The staff is always so accommodating whenever I come in to replace a faulty pair of earbuds. Don’t purchase any wearable tech from Best Buy without Geek Squad protection. It’s totally worth it.

I would recommend that everyone get this protection plan on any product that they use regularly. I have had this plan on many items before mainly on video game consoles and accessories. Every time it has paid for it self.

Being that this replacement guarantee lasts for two years I think it is absolutely essential for any purchase over $100. I haven't needed to use it yet, but having this guarantee has lead me to use my product in a more robust manner than I would have had I not purchased this. Do yourself a favor and get this insurance!

I had this plan and it works very well I had earphones and whenever they’re broken I just return it to the store and they would replace them no question asked.

The geek squad protection plan provides the peace of mind if anything goes wrong. Usually I do not buy the protection plans but the price was very reasonable..

My headphones failed due to sweat infiltrating the ear buds. I heard a crackle then no sound and would not power on. Took the item to the store and within 10 minutes I was on my way with a brand-new replacement headphone!!

I’ve always gotten the geek squad product replacement plan but never have had to used it. Everything sold at Best Buy is the best and their ain’t really no replacement needed but I always get this just in case

Great tv and excellent service. Low price , on sale and had Best Buy install and it was professional and saved me the tears and frustration of doing it myself.

I Bought sony headset and it was damage broken by accident . Bringing back and they give me a new set with no question ask.
