At Best Buy I am certain that my product will be replaced if it's defective specially since I don't have a lot of time to be dealing with other stuff. Very satisfied so far

Until you have the need to return an item you won’t know , but when you have send item to manufacture and deal with the hassle it becomes a wash, pay for the warranty

I absolutely believe these programs are essential when purchasing heavy/daily use items. Especially when they contact your body (mine were headphones). Three times this year alone it has saved my butt and my wallet.

I would recommend this Geek Squad coverage on every purchase, just in case something happens. Regardless of the instance, they will fix it or replace it for free! Its ultimately cheaper than buying something brand new!

I would not buy anything I consider expensive and not get the extended warranty. I have used the warranty for other items I have purchased and it is pretty good.

Anything digital or highly technical I would definitely get a replacement plan if best by offers that. Always recommend product replacement plan

No matter what I purchase from Best Buy, always get the squad protection it is well worth the money. Never had a problem with replacing items since it covers accidents. Dropped a tablet once, replaced with no hassles.

I have all my gadgets and PCs covered with Accidental Geek Squad Replacement coverage. When I have had to use the coverage, if the items was not repairable, I was able to replace it with an equivalent item.

I opt out of most all warranties. But Best Buy's warranties and geek squad service are no hassle and I get them most every time. . They actually do what they say. Best warranty for quick replacements and hassle free.

With electronics these days you cant go wrong with purchasing some form of insurance/replacement for your purchase. And the cost is minimal for the ease of mind.

Product replacement is great, after a year or two some electronics just don’t function properly anymore with this you can replace them with new items that function properly.

Bought this to insure ear buds. Haven't need to use it yet but I've had to have several printers replaced and Best Buy gave me a new one each time without a problem.

I buy warranty for most of my stuff. And geek squad’s replacement warranty is by far the best. I never get a hard time when I need to replace something I bought.

Geek Squad extended warranties are excellent. When my devices have had any trouble within the warrantie's life, Best Buy has replaced them swiftly. I would recommend purchasing one if your device is $100 or over

Definetly a must have, I soaked my first pair in the back of my truck while going through the car wash. Went into the store and paid about 20$ to get another pair!!! Much better than paying the full retail price of it

I was very happy and glad I purchased this 2 yr replacement warranty. It was quick and seamless when I had to return a defective pair of headphones. No hassles.

One thing I love bestbuy for is the geek squad protection service. I love the fact that if I purchase a product and for any reason it starts malfunctioning I am able to get replacement... thank you Best Buy!!
