I normally don't go in for extra warranties and contracts and insurance and all that but we Best Buy I know that they stand by their word and it just gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm covered.

I have had several questions answered & problems solved & programs installed throughout the several years I have had the Geek Squad Service program--wouldn't be without it!

Always a great deal!! The Best Buy rewards program is always taking care of me anytime I’ve ever had an issue. I always make sure to buy the protection plan just in case and if it’s paid off numerous times.

This is a great product but it can get messed up easily because of wear and tear. I always buy the 2 yr protection. Spending this saves you money. Just incase something happens to the product you can get it replaced.

Having this makes it easy to deal with issues after purchase. I am able to schedule a drop-off appointment online, which helps to avoid the long lines in the store. Great product when you have young children and costly products!

I tend to use this plan a lot for my head phones being wear tear by 2 years is over your product is probably broke n can be replaced.

Definitely nice to have a gig squad they walk you’throuhh anything! They talked me through how to tear all my speakers to each other and very precise detail!

Had bought the warranty on my first set of headphones. Was a little hesitant at first but good thing I purchased it as one side started goingeled out. Went to bestbuy and was sreplaced for free, worth the piece of mind.

I got these to cover some bluetooth headphones and of course the went bad in the first month, took them back no receipt they looked up my member number found the purchase exchanged the product with no troubles.

I have not needed to use the warranty, but the piece of mind knowing I am covered is worth the expense. I love my blue tooth product and knowing it's covered in the event it stops working gives me peace of mind.

I've consistently been purchasing the geek squad plans for my electronics (LG Bluetooth neck earphones) which I have needed on two separate occasions. Just take the electronic back and get a new one! Easy-peasy!

I always the geek squad replacement warranties and have never been disappointed. They are very helpful and will replace your expensive electronics if needed hassle free.

Having teenagers They are always on there earphones they leaving Everywear and sometimes they would loose them. But Now that they have the protection plan from Best Buy. They no longer want to loose them.

great item been looking for something like this for a long time now finally found it... price and performance has no comparison to any other brand.

Walk in with a broken item, walk out with a new item. People complain about what Geek Squad does and does not cover. It's insurance! Overall I like having the peace of mind that if I have an oops it will get fixed.

I bought these for my daughter to listen to her iPod the sound was excellent but one ear stopped working after a year good thing I had the warranty they were replaced with no problem thank you Best Buy

Always a fan of the service. Best Buy has the most awesome service when it comes to warranty. Never hesitate when getting the warranty.

This is an absolutely must have. As you know we are using our electronics more often now. You cannot take a chance that it will get damaged. You need this!

I would always recommend getting the geek squad extended warranty it usually pays off if something goes wrong most of the time they are very cooperative!
