Seemed my products broke down just days after the warranty passed. I have saved a lot of money by spending a little more for extra coverage for breakage.

This is sort of like having AAA but for technology. You may never need it but it is there if you do. If the item(s) covered get dropped, spilled on, taken out by a power surge it gets replaced with no hassle.

I purchase the protection plan on all electronic devices and almost everything I purchase. It helps me keep my devices and products protected.

These have great bass and overall sound. The headphones themselves are very comfortable and feel durable. the black color does show some marks on the matte black plastic but are hardly visible unless looking for them.

I would really recommend purchasing a protection plan for any product you purchase at Best Buy. The store takes care of your products then and there if there are for any reason any failures!

I love the idea that you can buy a warrenty on any thing from best buy and then if anything happens to the item, they will simply change it for you.

If you buy headphones, I Don't know why anyone wouldn't get geeksquad squad protection with it. For a fraction of the price of the headphones, you can get it replaced if anything goes wrong with it.

Replacing my son’s headphones was without headache, which is nice when facing damage of an item. Thankful I purchased the protection. It was well worth it!

I love the fact that if anything happens to my product, I can go to Best Buy and they will help me figure out what to do, or swap me out my product for a brand new one.....well worth the money to me!

I like having Geek Squad. Ive had to turn around and use it and it covers everything usually. I recommend getting geek. You never know if you'll need to use it!!

Samsung does great on warranty issues but it's still a trip to ups and up to 2 weeks w/o your product. With this I roll into best buy & bingo there replaced.

Product is great, don't expect high fidelity with these headphones. There more like for being aware of you surround when running or any outdoor sport. It was a great buy for me for what I use them.

Geek Squad protection is the best protections service I have ever since or heard. I have no issues and problems with it service. I believe no competition for this brand. You can connect with real people in person.

This is worth purchasing for sure. I have used this service many times. If you purchase a bluetooth headset you will need to purchase this just in case, like mine, they continue to stop working!!!

Is the best warranty around. When you need it, just bring your product back, no question asked, no shipping, no waiting, no hassle. I love it. I get warranty for all my products, worth to pay the extra $$

The replacement plan is great! My Husband Would let the Grandsons (Babies) Pull the earpiece and then have problems. But We had no problem returning and paying for the new plan. New headset.

I like Geek Squad! They are very knowledgeable. I like having the extra protection just in case of something happening like normal wear and tear or accidents.
