Worth paying extra to have geek squad protection plan. We do not leave Best Buy without getting geek squad when we purchasing expensive electronics.

These are always handled with professionalism at the local Best Buy if I have to return. No questions asked other then what is the reason for the return.

I bought wireless ear buds that were pretty pricey and added the plan. I wore them almost everyday for a year and they started falling apart, I returned and got a brand new pair.

I think these protection plans are absolutely necessary for headphones. Most companies and styles will break in 6 months and these plans completely cover you. I've never been disappointed by buying this.

This is the best service plan available at Best buy! I highly recommend getting the service plan for any device that you buy that you fear you might break.

The agents mounted my TV and did a very nice job, I was pleased with how knowledgeable they were. I will definitely use them in the future.
