I love having this extra insurance. I do wish that it would be less for some of the smaller less expensive items because I spent an extra 1/3 of the price of the item I bought on just the insurance.

I had a problem with my bluetooth headphones lg after a year with the connectivity. I loved how easy it was to use the warrenty with out any problems.

For me warrenty is amust because I tend to break things all the time. I have to cash in on a warrenty at best buy a couple of times and they are always easy to deal with and get you on your way.

I've had my laptop for over two years now and recently had an issue with my virus protection. The Geek Squad techs were very helpful in resolving the problem. I was back using my laptop in no time.

I always get protection for all my electronics if it is offered. Saves me a bunch of headache of dealing with the manufacturers. Best Buy services are good and generally customer centric.

I think the geek squad feature is definitely worth the extra money..I haven't had to use it yet ..But I know best buy heel squad will have my back of i have any issues with my products

No one honors their service plans like Best Buy. There is no hassle, they fix what they are supposed to, they replace what they promised to replace no questions asked. Can’t beat that!
