I always recommend buying a warranty because you don't know if you will need one or not and best buy will fix your items for free under warranty.

I always prefer to get Best Buy’s protection when I buy high dollar items because I figure if you can spend hundreds on an item, why can’t you spend a little more and get protection.

My kids are 16 & 10. I have used the product replacement several times. I would say, if you are investing in anything over $100 it's worth considering.

Make sure to ALWAYS get this. My battery stopped charging on a speaker I bought and all I had to do was take it into any Best Buy and they replaced it right there with no questions asked.

Everytime i make a purchase i buy the geek squad protection if its available. If there is something wrong with the product they replace it no questions asked. It is definitely worth the money.

The warranty is always welcome. In case of an accident this protection does its job...They dont ask you questions and you simply return the item and boom! replacement in less than 10 mins!

Always purchase a warranty when I purchase from best buy, great to have in case of any issues. They are on it for repairs or replacement.

Haven't had to make a claim yet, but I made sure to ask several of the staff what it covers and my options for hypothetical scenarios, and all of them were consistent in their answers which is good. Staff are very helpful and i think the cost is acceptable considering the alternative

It's going to break or just not going to work as well so just buy this geek squad and then before it expires, swap your stuff out and re-up it.

It paid off getting a protection plan for my headphones. The material and foam covering the inside of the ear muffs came loose and affected the sound . Best Buy replaced with a new set

I have used the Geek Squad tech support services for five years. Don't try to go it alone on the different issues you encounter. The online tune ups alone are worth the service fee.

Always buy covered extended warranty from Best Buy! They'll replace em instead of getting it fixed. All electronics fails from misuse or wear and tear! All my purchases are cover from bestbuy

Geek squad warranties come through in a pinch. I swear by them! Generally always buy with something that will receive heavy use.

Great cheap protection plan. My headphones got water damage, took them into the store and were replaced same day with no charge. Even able to rebuy the protection plan on the new headphones!

Always good to purchase the geek squad insurance in case any goes wrong with the products in the future. Can get replacement if broken.

Great add on for peace of mind. I have not had to use it, but I know Best Buy has great customer service for when or if anything happens
