Best purchase I’ve ever made! Esp since I am not tech savvy! I’m constantly being in our computers to get fixed. It’s worth every penny!!

We always get the insurance here at Best Buy. We've returned quite a few things and it' a smooth, easy process.

Everybody should sign up go see the geek squad because they are amazing at their job and they are and have replacements

Cant get enough of purchasing gsp because if anything goes out or stop working and they cant fix it you receive a new one and possibly the mext generation if they dont sale the old one anymore

I love best buy geek squad, they always take care of the problem. It's so convenient because they are located in the store. It's a must for me, too have best buy geek squad on my side!

I've had devices in the past have issues so you can never have too much extra security. Haven't had to use it yet but it's here if I need it.

So far so good. I like being able to take most my electronics in to Geek Squad if they fail in a less than reasonable amount of time and getting a brand new replacement. I just wish you could use it on all products such as notorious apple chargers that are made to break... 4/5

Decent support, the best of this is you can walk inside of a Best Buy and they will replace your product without asking questions

Great sound, but after only a year, the battery could no longer hold a charge. I hated giving up Sony, but I moved on to Ultimate Ears for Wireless speaker purposes, and I am very, very happy.

Must get, especially on headphones. I've used this on my last pair that went out on me and got the same exact pair because I loved them that much.

Buying warranty for my LG headphones is absolutely worth it. I love how when I have a problem with my Bluetooth I just go in and they replace them no questions ask. Totally recommend it.

For headphones, which break down all the time with exercise use, this has more than paid for itself many times over. Replaced my skullcandy ink'd headphones 3+ times per year the past 2 years.

I always prefer to get Best Buy’s protection when I buy high dollar items because I figure if you can spend hundreds on an item, why can’t you spend a little more and get protection.

Easy to purchase and easy to submit a claim. Good plan that covers all incidentals.

I tell everyone if you're gonna spend money on quality make sure it's protected.

2- year Greek squad product replacement is a plus to have when thing goes wrong and maybe for some reason need replace when all else fails.

Can't stress enough to insure your high end purchases with GS protection due to items going bad after either long time use or defects.

As expensive as head phones are now, this is the only route to go. If anything happens at all, and you have the plan, you get a store credit for the full amount paid, three words peace of mind!
