I recently purchased Sony headphone 1000 on a door buster deal, but used my trade in from the Sony 950's I had. Wow.. I am amazed I didn't even spend over 50 bucks

When they can put it on the right product. Looking at my account I see the cashier put this insurance on the funko pops instead of the ps4 controller we bought with them. wow.

It is always good to purchase the extended warranty on anything you buy that is expensive especially if it extends 2 to 4 years.

Do anything else, ALWAYS get the warranty at BB. Nothing else compares to the ease of replacement policy... not even the manufacturer sometimes.

I have normally declined extended coverage purchases on items but I decided to buy this time and I am very happy I did - its worth having this coverage to protect from kid damage

Warranties are needed these days as I am convinced that they make products to break down as soon as the manufacturers warranty expires.

returned my wireless earphones no questions asked and was able to get back to the gri d in no time

Bestbuy is easy to work with when having issues with your purchase. Very important to buy the geek squad protection.

I can't exactly remember how geek squad services were used, but I have not had any issues thus far in terms of quality of service.

This 2-year Geek Squad Product Replacement was a great investment. We had to exchange an item purchased & it was no problem to do!

I can't say I've ever really used Geek Squad except to maybe return a broken watch. They gave me store credit because the watch was discontinued. It was nice to not worry about breaking the more expensive items I've bought, but some of the extra cost can be high.

Have been using my Bluetooth headset since last year and had to ask for a replacement once since it lost sound in one of the earpieces. Thank God for the geek squad protection!

Unless you want to keep buying items at full price the site don’t insure your product. The rest of us this the best option, anything happened to it and your covered

I bought these because reviews said they're comfortable. My first time wearing them I didn't feel well on the plane so the pressure of the flight ascending in the air and the pressing of the headphones on my ear area was a bit uncomfortable. But the ride back I was healthy and they felt just fine. I'm excited to try them for my longer travels to Europe.

Geek squad is great i can take it back if it mess up and get a new one i will tell everybody to get a two year plan on everything just in case.

The item with the 2 year replacement is something that gets a lot of use and is not a fixable item. It was replaced without any hassle.
